Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Certain items such as personal care (skincare and perfumes) are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
- Skincare products, perfumes, or any opened and used items.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” on the product page.
- Customized or personalized clothing.
Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@mooneysindia.com. Please include clear photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as per the situation.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return:
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
- We allow exchanges only for clothing items, based on size availability. You must initiate the exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
